Four Dead in Oakland County Plane Crash

WATERFORD (My TV 20 News at 10) - The investigation continues tonight as to what caused a plane crash that that killed four people at the Oakland County International Airport.
We now know the names of the four victims.
They are the pilot, 19-year-old Troy Brothers of Fraser; his mother, 53-year-old Sandra Haley: his step-father 58-year-old James Haley; and his brother-in-law, 34-year-old Jamie Jose of South Lyon, a Northfield Township firefighter.
The crash happened shortly after 1-30, just seconds after Brothers took off in the Cessna 172.
Investigators tell us Brothers reached an altitude of 100 feet.
That's when he radioed the tower and requested permission to turn around and land.
The three men onboard died at the scene.
Brother's mother survived, but, died a short time later at the hospital.
