Ground Broken for the Future

Monroe, MI (My TV20 News at 10). --- One of Monroe's oldest tenants breaks ground on new headquarters and optimism.

MONROE, MI (My TV20 News at 10). Guests break ground Thursday foor one of Monroe's oldest tenants.

Construction starts Friday on the new world heaquarters of La Z Boy.

The 200,000 square foot project is going up on land bought from the Sisters & Servants from the Immaculate Heart.

The building will stand about one quarter of a mike from its current headquarters on Telegraph Road.

The new headquarters should open by 2015.
