Kilpatrick Fraud Case on Pause

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV20 News at 10) --- When a juror had to go home sick this morning, deliberations in former Detroit Mayor's Kwame Kilpatrick's corruption trial came to a halt.

They'll resume their deliberations Tuesday morning.

Kilpatrick, contractor Bobby Ferguson and Kilpatrick's father Bernard are charged with fraud including taking kickpbacks and bribes.

The jury got the case a week ago.
