Kwame Back in Court

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was back in a Wayne County courtroom this afternoon.

At issue: the proceeds of the book he wrote.

Judge David Groner ordered Kilpatrick to court after the former mayor sent in a late restitution payment in November.

The judge set a new hearing date for March 12 after they decided to hear this case after Kilpatrick's federal corruption case ends in February.
