DETROIT, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- A new chapter in the Detroit Police Department will start next week as incoming police chief James Craig takes over the department.

The former police chief of the Cincinnati Police Department says changes are coming.

Craig spoke with reporters today about his vision to make Detroit a safer city and increase morale among police officers.
