DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Detroit Public Schools has teamed up with the State of Michigan and JP Morgan Chase to create "Neighborhood Hubs" at DPS' schools.
The one point five million dollars in grants received today will allow DPS to offer a variety of services to parents, senior citizens and course students.
DPS says that in order for the district to move forward, parents themselves need help at home and the hubs will lend a hand.
