DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- The man governor Rick Snyder appointed to help fix Detroit's finances is being criticized for not paying taxes he owed back in Maryland.
Governor Rick Snyder commented on the issue today and says the emergency financial manager took care of the situation as soon as he learned about it. Gov. Snyder claims the mistake was made by someone else and not Orr.
