WESTLAND, MI (My TV20 News at 10) --- Golden Corral serves a lot of food.
But, it's now accused of not serving everyone.
Owners of the Westland are accused of violating the American's with Disabilities Act.
Danielle Duford claims the manager forced her and her four daughters to leave the restaurant because of how the children looked.
They suffer from epidermolysis bullosa.
It causes blisters to form on the skin in response to minor injuries and temperature changes.
It is not contagious.
Duford's federal lawsuit seeks an injunction against further discrimination, an undisclosed amount for damages, and civil penalties to be paid to the United States.
