DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Today is "Agriculture Day" in Michigan so we decided to highlight a new charter school in Detroit that when it opens in the fall will focus on teaching students about agriculture.
The "Detroit Achievement Academy" will use a community garden to teach students how to grow their own produce.
School officials say they want to bring the classroom outdoors to engage students.
