Shooting Suspect Arraigned

HOWELL (My TV 20 News at 10) - A Wixom man charged with shooting at a woman could possibly be the infamous I-96 cooridor shooter. My TV 20's Kila Peeples was the man's arraignment today in Howell and has the story.
