LANSING, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Detroit city council members attended at hearing in Lansing today to tell State officials they don't need an emergency financial manager.
Council members say they've made plenty of changes such as layoffs and other budget cuts that will help them get Detroit of out financial crisis. State officials claim city council is moving to slow.
