Metro Detroit, Mi (My TV20 News at 10) -- A 4th person has died after contracting the West Nile Virus in Metro Detroit and the Michigan Department of Community Health is asking people to take caution this upcoming holiday weekend and protect theirselves against the disease.
The virus has affected over 80 people so far in Metro Detroit and 62 of them are in the hospital. The MDCH is predicting that this could be the worst outbreak of West Nile Virus since 2002.
