Student Forgotten About in Holding Cell for Five Days Seeks $20 Million

The California man who was forgotten about in a holding cell for five days following a DEA drug raid in San Diego is seeking $20 million in connection with the ordeal.

According to UT-San Diego, the attorney for 23-year-old Daniel Chong filed a $20 million demand request earlier this week.
