A scary situation for a California woman over the weekend.
According to a report from U-T San Diego, police said a woman had a liquid substance containing sulfuric acid thrown on her outside a California laundromat on Saturday. The woman was treated for second-degree burns on her arms and back, according to the U-T San Diego report.
A 55-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident, according to the U-T San Diego report.
