Judge Sentences Man to 71 Days in Jail -- One For Each Year of Assault Victim's Age

A unique sentence handed down by an Ohio judge this week.

According to a report from Cincinnati.com, the judge sentenced a 31-year-old Ohio man to 71 days in jail this week after a plea deal on an attempted assault charge -- one day for each year of the 71-year-old victim's age.
