Man Accused of Ramming Girlfriend's SUV When She Tries to Break Up With Him

According to a news release from the Madison (Wis.) Police Department, police said a 35-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly ramming his girlfriend's SUV with his vehicle after she tried to break up with him.
