Teenager Kills Father in Order to Protect Mother, Authorities Say

A shocking story from Florida.

According to a report from The Tampa Tribune, police said a 17-year-old shot and killed father over the weekend while trying to protect his mother, who was being assaulted. The boy was not arrested and was released to the custody of his mother, according to The Tampa Tribune report.
