Parents Accused of Locking Boy in Room For Three Months

A shocking story from Delaware.

According to a report from The News Journal, police said a Delaware couple was arrested and charged with child abuse for allegedly locking a 12-year-old boy in his room for three months. Police said the boy was bruised and malnourished, according to The News Journal report.
