Family Burglarized, Shot at on Christmas Morning

A shocking story from Illinois on Christmas morning, courtesy of Granite Broadcasting sister station CINewsNow.com

According to the CINewsNow.com report:

One family in Peoria, Ill, returned home to gun-fire Christmas morning, only later to find out that their home had also been burglarized

At approximately 6:30 a.m., the residents returned to their home and saw a man at the side of their house who proceeded to fire shots in their direction.

The shots struck the resident's vehicle, and they drove away.

The family contacted police who later entered the home and found it was burglarized.
