Woman and Brother Beat, Torture and Drag Her Ex-Husband Behind Truck, Police Say

A bizaare story from Florida.

According to a news release from the Volusia County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a brother and sister have been arrested and charged with attempted murder for allegedly attacking her ex-husband and draggign him behind a truck during an incident this week.

The victime was able to eventually escape and seek help, according to the news release from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
