Four Charged after Duct-Taping Teen and Gluing Him to Chair, Police Say

A prank gone wrong, or something else?

According to a news release from the Volusia County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, police said four people have been charged after a 16-year-old boy allegedly had his hands, feet and mouth duct taped before being glued to a chair.
