Man Allegedly Ties Up 4-Year-Old Girl, Shoots Her With BB Gun

A shocking story from Washington.

According to a report from the Everett (Wash.) Herald, police said a 26-year-old Washington man was arrested for allegedly tying up a 4-year-old girl and shooting her multiple times with a BB gun as punishment. The run fires plastic BBs, according to the Everett Herald report.

The girl was placed in protective custody, according to the Everett Herald report.
