Landlord Accused of Spanking Tenant With Belt Over Late Rent

A bizarre story from Ohio involving a landlord and a tenant.

According to a report from the Dayton Daily News, police said a 53-year-old Ohio man has been charged with assault for allegedly spanking a 29-year-old male tenant on the buttocks with a belt in a dispute over unpaid rent.
