Man Arrested for Releasing Heart-Shaped Helium Balloons With Girlfriend

His problems didn't just float away. ...

According to a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, a 40-year-old Florida man was arrested earlier this month after allegedly releasing a dozen heart-shaped helium balloons while with his girlfriend.

The man was charged with polluting to harm humans, animals and plants as specified under the Florida Air and Water Pollution Control Act, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel report.
