Man Fakes Own Kidnapping in Order to Avoid Girlfriend, Police Say

A bizarre story from New York.

According to a report from the New York Post, police said a 36-year-old man reportedly faked his own kidnapping last month in order to avoid his girlfriend. The man was arrested for filing a false police report, according to the New York Post story.
