Mother Found Holding Crack Pipe in Vehicle With Baby in Backseat, Police Say

According to a report from the Orlando Sentinel, police said a 32-year-old Florida woman was arrested and charged with child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was allegedly found inside a parked vehicle holding a crack pipe with her 15-day-old child in the backseat.
