Man Accused of Hog-Tieing Girlfriend's Sons, Taping Them to Chairs

A strange story from Georgia.

According to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, police said a 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged with cruelty to children and false imprisonment for allegedly hog-tieing his girlfriend's two sons -- ages 8 and 14 -- and duct taping the kids to chairs.
