Man Cuts Brother With Sword During Argument Over Synthetic Marijuana, Police Say

According to a news release from the Charlotte County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 23-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly using a sword to cut his brother during a dispute over buying synthetic marijuana.
