Tonight, new information about what could have killed Michael Jackson. A registered nurse working with Michael Jackson as he prepared for his upcoming tour says Jackson suffered from severe bouts of insomnia. She says he wanted to be injected with a powerful and potentially deadly sedative. Cherilyn Lee says she refused. But she thinks while she was away he came across the drug. Lee received a frantic phone call from a Jackson aide just four days before his death.

CHERILYNN LEE - JACKSON'S NURSE
"He said 'one side is very, very hot, one side is cold.' I said 'I don't know what that could be, maybe his heart, his central nervous system.and at that point I knew that somebody had given him something."

The Jackson family says there will be "no" public or private memorial service for Michael at his Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara. They released a statement saying those reports by the media are completely false---but plans are underway for a public memorial and they will announce those plans and the location soon.
