Delta To Fly Asia

Delta airlines is expanding service to Asia from Detroit Metro Airport. Beginning in June next of year, the air carrier will introduce new non-stop flights to Seoul and Hong Kong, with 5 flights a week to each city.

Delta is also expanding service from Detroit to Shang Hai, from 5 flights up to 7 flights a week. Boeing 777s will be used for all of those flights. Airline officials say that Detroit is in a strategic geographic position for passengers to Asia from the Northeast United States.
