It's Halloween season and there are a multitude of things going on in and around the city. It's a family affair! Check out the following list of activities beginning Angels' Night (Oct. 29 – 31) right through Halloween:

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29

K-9 ANGELS' NIGHT CITIZENS PATROLS

Hey dog owners we're encouraging you to walk your dogs as you watch your blocks. There are evenfour staging areas where pet owners can pick up K-9 goodies for their pets:

Northwest - Pet Supplies Plus at 18956 Livernois at 7 Mile
5 - 9 p.m. on Oct. 29 - 31

West - Patterson Dog and Cat Hospital, located at 3800 W. Grand River.
5 - 9 p.m. on Oct. 29 - 31

East – St. Clare of Montefalco, 1401 Whittier, one block south of Mack and Outer Drive; 6 p.m. to midnight on Oct. 29 & 30

Northeast - Animal Clinic East, 13910 E. 8 Mile Road
5 - 9 p.m. on October 29

Belle Isle Halloween Extravaganza at The Casino from 6 – 9 p.m.
The $3 admission fee includes the Tunnel of Terror and Hayride.

ANGELS’ NIGHT IN-LINE SKATE PATROL
Detroit Blading Company and friends will take to the streets on skates. Walter Johnson will lead the Angels’ Night In-line Skate Patrol on Friday, October 30. The group will meet at the Butzel Family Center, 7737 Kercheval, at 6 p.m. The patrol will leave at 6:30 p.m.

MEN MINISTERING MEN
About 30 men from Lakeridge Village will patrol the area bounded by Puritan, Lodge Freeway, Linwood and Dexter. The group includes members of Lakeridge Ministries and individuals who have been homeless and have overcome substance abuse. The group will meet at Lakeridge Village, 15941 Fairfield at Puritan, at 5:30 p.m. and begin patrolling around 6 p.m. Oct. 30th

MEN ON PATROL IN OSBORN AREA
A group of men who began patrolling around schools in the Osborn area in September will expand their efforts to include Angels’ Night. About 20 men will patrol on Oct. 30 in the Seven Mile and Hoover area. The group will meet at Brenda Scott Middle School, 18440 Hoover, around 4 p.m. and begin patrolling around 6 p.m.

BOOKIES BAR & GRILLE
Bookies Bar & Grille will patrol using its bus on Oct. 30. The business will offer a 20% discount to anyone who comes into the establishment anytime during regular business hours for a meal and shows an Angels' Night hat. That discount will be in effect Oct. 29-31. Bookies is located at 2208 Cass Avenue (at Columbia). The phone number is 313-962-0319.
