Tonight, a man is dead after police say he attempted to rob an apartment used as a gambling den. Authority say the unidentified man was shot to death when he broke into an apartment on “Calvert” street in Detroit.

The man who lives in the apartment was also shot and is currently in temporary serious condition at the hospital.

Police are looking for a second suspect in the robbery.
