DETROIT (MyTV 20) - Former Highland Park financial manager Art Blackwell will be allowed to travel to Canada after all. Wayne County Circuit Judge Edward Ewell reversed and earlier court order banning Blackwell from travelling outside the country.
Blackwell says he owns two condominiums in Windsor that are facing foreclosure, and he needs to travel there to deal with the financial situation.
Blackwell is awaiting trail on charges that he embezzled more than $250,000 from the city of Highland Park.
