OAKLAND COUNTY (MyTV 20) - Ihab Maslamani, who will be in court this Thursday to face charges in the murder of Matthew Landry, had a preliminary examination on another case Monday.
Maslamani is accused in a string of car-jackings around the Detroit area.
After hearing statements from witnesses, District Court judge Catherine Steenland decided there is enough evidence to proceed with the case beyond a preliminary examination.
Maslamani will be back in court on November 23rd regarding this case to determine if it will go to trial.
