Kilpatrick to Return to Court

DETROIT (MyTV 20) - Former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick will be back in Detroit Tuesday for a restitution hearing. Kilpatrick, who still owes the city of Detroit over $900,000 in restitution will face judge David Groner once again to request a payment reduction.
The former mayor wants his monthly payment to drop from $6,000 to $6. He claims after paying utility bills and rent on his Dallas home, he can't afford his current restitution payment.
