DETROIT (MyTV 20) - Former Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was in a Detroit courtroom again Wednesday, as the hearing continues into his request that his restitution payments to the city be reduced. He says he can't afford the $6,000 a month he has to pay to the city. Again Wednesday, prosecutors grilled him about his personal finances. He will be back for yet another restitution hearing on December 7.
