DETROIT (MyTV 20) - A Highland Park man is looking at spending the rest of his life in prison, charged with a crime that stunned and angered people around the area.
Jamar Pinkney, Sr., is the man prosecutors say killed his own child last month. Tuesday, a judge ruled there is enough evidence to go forward with the trial.
Pinkney remains in custody without bail. He'll enter his plea December 9 in circuit court in Detroit.
