A Warren man remains in custody tonight. He's charged with that city's first bank robbery in nearly a year. Police tell us Steven Semaru held up the Huntington Bank on Hoover Road Tuesday with a knife. Police spotted him a short time later while he walked along Hoover. Semaru is in the Macomb County Jail on $100,000 bail. He returns to court February 11th.
