It, and 23 others around the country, had been scheduled to close by Sunday.
President Obama is keeping them, and another 114 open until June 15 in order to deal with legal challenges.
Groups supporting the workers have filed a federal lawsuit challenging the FAA's order.
The agency ordered towers closed due to automatic spending cuts.
