Can Detroit Turn the Page?

DETROIT, Mi. (TV 20 News at Ten) --- Public relations experts say that Detroit can now move forward after former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to 28 years in prison for his federal corruption case. His good friend and businessman Bobby Ferguson was sentenced to 21 years for the same reason today.

The experts say Detroit is starting a new chapter that could help improve its image. But getting investors to open up shop in Detroit could still take a bit longer.
