Chaos at Council

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- Complete chaos broke out during a city council meeting today when residents chanted against the approval of a multi-million dollar contract to hire the city's emergency financial manager former employer to help restructure Detroit.

Two people were arrested, among them a Detroit school board member.

Council ended up voting in favor of the contract but residents say its a conflict of interest.
