DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at Ten) --- A new company called "Develop Detroit" is focusing on teaching people how to create their own phone "Apps".

Many business owners are signing up for the training to not only help improve sales but to save money by not outsourcing the "Apps" job.

Our Jorge Avellan spoke with an instructor and students and will have their story tonight on My TV 20 News at Ten.
