Duggan Elected Mayor of Detroit

DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - Mike Duggan has defeated Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon to be elected as the next mayor of Detroit. Duggan overcame a primary challenge that saw him thrown off the ballot, only to rally his supporters in a write-in campaign. And Tuesday, he won the mayor's office, by a margin of 55% to 45% over Napoleon.
