Duggan Fights to Stay on Ballot

DETROIT, MI (My TV20 News at 10) --- Mike Duggan is not giving up on becoming the next mayor of Detroit.

Duggan announced Wednesday he will appeal a judge's ruling Tuesday to remove Duggan from the ballot.

The judge claimed Duggan violated the City Charter's residency requirements.

Challenger Tom Barrow filed the challenge.
