EMF to Impact Mayoral Elections

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV 20 News at 10) --- Mayoral elections in Detroit will take place this year but could they be affected if an emergency financial manager is appointed to Detroit?

City officials know they will be stripped of some of their powers but what does it mean for residents?
