GM October Sales Soar

DETROIT, Mi. (My TV20 News at 10) --- General Motors sales in October rose about 16 percent over a year ago.

GM sold more than 226,000 cars and trucks in October, led by Silverado truck that sells more than any other GM vehicle. It's sales rose 10 percent from a year ago. Sales of the GMC Sierra jumped 13 percent.
