Guilty Verdict in Cipriano Murder Case

PONTIAC, Mi. (My TV20 News at 10) --- A guilty verdict for a young man in the baseball bat beating in which Robert Cipriano was killed.

Mitchell Young was convicted this morning - he'd been accused of helping Robert Cipriano's son Tucker kill Tucker's father in April, 2012. Tucker had already plead guilty to first degree murder, and attempted murder.

In the baseball bat attack, Tucker Cipriano's mother was also seriously injured, as was his brother.

Tucker Cipriano will be sentenced July 9th.
