SOUTHFIELD, MI (My TV20 News at 10) --- Walter Bentley is offering something different this year to avoid the hassles of what to get that special someone for Valentine's Day.

The Southfield attorney is giving away a free divorce.

The winner will be chosen based on most compelling and convincing story as to why they should be the winner.

The divorce is limited to an uncontested divorce with no or minimum child custody issues.

It's limited to Michigan residents only.

The deadline to apply is midnight Feb. 12.
