DETROIT (My TV 20 News at 10) - The trial of police officer Joseph Weekley, accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of 7-year-old Aiyana Stanley Jones, ended in a mistrial Tuesday. In their third day of deliberations, the jury informed the judge that they were hopelessly deadlocked. At first, she told them to keep trying. But when they could not make any progress, she declared a mistrial. A new trial will be scheduled.
