Illegal Garden No More

Oak Park, MI (My TV20 News) -- Oak Park resident Julie Bass is no longer facing 93 days in jail for allegedly building a vegetable garden in her front yard. The city has decided to drop those charges but are holding the Basses accountable for a couple of other fines they were written up for.
